Of the nine accidents reported all were classified as minor.  

Exercise equipment was stolen from the back seat of a vehicle parked in front of a business, surveillance video will be reviewed for possible identification of a suspect. A complainant’s vehicle window was broken while parked unattended for several hours in a grocery store parking lot, nothing was reported missing.  A window was reported broken in the gym at the Fredericksburg Elementary School.  After investigation, what was reported as burglary of a building has been classified as unfounded.  

Officers responded to six theft complaints for the week. Four tires were reported stolen from a resident’s yard while on vacation, and a resident reported her dog stolen from the back yard of her home. Suspects were questioned for shoplifting items at a local store. A complainant reported a bicycle stolen from his carport. After pumping fuel, a customer was contacted and advised the credit card did not pay for the transaction, the customer returned to pay for the fuel purchased. A suspect at a local grocery store was issued a citation for shoplifting and arrested for an outstanding warrant.  

The Police Department arrested a total of 13 individuals during this period for the following offenses:
